Description
This CEU program is designed to meet the current needs of a highly diverse and rapidly changing industry. Financial counseling is experiencing tremendous growth as more and more consumers turn to financial counselors for the services they can provide. While negotiation with creditors and intervention through debt management programs remain central to the work of credit counselors, additional counselor skills are becoming increasingly important to ensure optimum client success.

This is a continuing education course. Students who successfully complete this course will receive 16 credit hours of continuing education credit. This course is not instructor-led and does not award a certification upon completion. Students interested in an instructor-led experience and certification should explore our certification programs.
